The building is still closed, but the church is not! The season of Lent is here. For six weeks, we will prepare ourselves for the agony of Holy Week and the joy of Easter.

During Lent our worship theme is “SAVIOR: How Jesus saves you.” It’s one thing to proclaim that Jesus died for your sins. It’s another thing to explain how that works! We’ll be looking at the nature of sin and the nature of atonement in this series, drawn from the book Savior by Magrey deVega and other sources.

Small-group discussion of the study will be at 4 p.m. Sundays via Zoom.

Meantime, all in-person church activities continue to be suspended because of COVID-19 concerns. We are hoping to return to in-person worship by Easter. Stay tuned for announcements.

Sunday worship is at 10 a.m.  at http://www.facebook.com/edgertonumc. Also check there for the latest updates.

The Edgerton Community Food Pantry also continues to operate in Grace Place, our former parsonage, across Hewlett Street from the church. It is open from 10 a.m. to noon on the third Saturday of every month.
